Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide in Michigan is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator to oversee our portfolio of B2C SFCC webstores and the Salesforce ecosystem. You will configure roles, permissions, sandboxes, and preferences to maintain secure, fast, and compliant platforms.

You will partner with brand teams to tailor Salesforce to business needs, while performing data hygiene checks, SEO optimizations, and ongoing platform documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience managing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Order Management.
• 1+ year of experience developing and implementing effective security and compliance improvements and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a system administrator for the portfolio of B2C SFCC webstores and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Handle administrative functions including roles, permissions, sandbox management, and preferences.
• Manage site preferences in Business Manager to optimize stability, performance, and security.
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements with brand teams.
• Perform data hygiene checks and ensure data integrity for SEO best practices.
• Ensure platform stability, reliability, speed, and compliance across sites.
• Develop and maintain platform documentation and provide internal training.
• Collaborate with IT and Product teams to address issues and implement enhancements.
• Monitor performance and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
