Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, focusing on SFCC customization and PWA initiatives.

You will mentor junior developers, lead a small team, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a remote environment. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of full-stack development, integrating systems and e-commerce.
• 5+ years with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including customizations and extensions.
• Experience as SFCC Architect/Lead focused on PWA/Legacy Demandware.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• ELK stack, CI/CD (Jenkins or GitHub Actions), and version control.
• Familiar with ORM; SSIS is a plus.
• Experience with Agile environments and SaaS eCommerce.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties

• Develop and maintain integrations between various systems, including ERP, CRM, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
• Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to build and maintain custom e‑commerce capabilities.
• Design and develop customizations and extensions to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
• Ensure that all code is well‑documented, maintainable, and scalable.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Provide technical lead experience, coordinating the development efforts of a small team.
• Investigate and address technical issues, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Participate in team working methods to ensure high‑quality product delivery.
• Write clean, efficient code for products used by millions of users.
• Work cross‑functionally with various business units to align development efforts.
• Identify weaknesses and high‑risk areas in software applications.
• Perform duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full‑stack development, focusing on integrating systems and e‑commerce platforms.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including customizations and extensions.
• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect or Lead focused on PWA and/or Legacy Demandware.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Strong knowledge of web frameworks or libraries such as Vue.js, React or Angular.
• Follow best practice secure coding guidelines, such as OWASP, and team coding standards.
• Experience with C#, .NET Framework 4.0+, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC.
• Fundamentals in Object‑Oriented Design & Data Structures.
• Experience with database design and development (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with ELK stack.
• Exposure to Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with an ORM.
• Some experience with SSIS package development.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Some experience with other programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Demonstrate affinity for SaaS products in the eCommerce space.
• Salesforce.com Certifications as Developer.

Working Conditions

Remote work environment.

Salary Minimum $104,000.00

Salary Maximum $136,500.00
