Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise in Columbia, SC. The role combines hands-on development with leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.

The successful candidate will translate business needs into technical plans, work with Java/J2EE/EJB/C/C++, SQL and Visual Basic, and integrate AWS cloud services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development lifecycle experience.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language/platform stack.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or Sybase and MQ Series messaging.
• Proven leadership in managing development teams on complex projects.
• Experience in AWS environments and cloud service integration.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts in a large financial services enterprise.
• Assess current/target business processes and shape technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical plans for cloud-based platforms.
• Guide development teams on enterprise-scale projects.
