CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and informed decision-making.

You will partner with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions and robust DataMart assets while aligning with governance and company standards. Remote or hybrid work is possible based on location.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI’s, improve forecasting, and translate analytics into sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for sales insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality for usability and performance.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting aligned to priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting.
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes.
• Help maintain DataMart reliability, scalability, and data integrity.
