CVS Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and analytics for our commercial sales teams. You will translate business needs into scalable reporting, build data models, and partner with analysts and IT to ensure reliable insights and performance improvements.

The role supports forecasting and reporting across the sales environment, troubleshooting data issues and contributing to DataMart integrity.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support.
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes.
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness.
