Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks an experienced IT professional to lead Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations for both D2C and B2B clients. You will guide discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and ensure delivery aligns with best practices.

The role requires 3+ years with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, strong Agile delivery experience, and the ability to partner with a multidisciplinary team across solutions, design, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (on Lightning Experience or B2B Commerce on Salesforce Core) including catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, and buyer groups
• 2+ years of experience facilitating functional discovery workshops. Create functional design documents, user stories, process flows, and test scripts
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodology and end-to-end implementation delivery
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery - e.g., using GenAI tools for user story development, meeting notes/summarization, requirements documentation, or test case generation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
• Assess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
• Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects
