Job summary

H.W. Kaufman Group seeks an experienced Automation Test Engineer to lead automated testing across Salesforce applications built with OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components.

You will implement in-sprint automation, create scalable test scripts with Selenium/Java/Cucumber/Playwright, and validate APIs using SoapUI/Postman. Collaboration with developers and QA teams is essential to deliver rapid feedback in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of QA automation with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud/FSC).
• Experience with AI-assisted testing platforms and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce apps using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and Playwright.
• Utilize AI capabilities for self-healing locators, test data generation, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to implement in-sprint automation and ensure sprint goals.
• Perform manual and functional testing where automation is not feasible.
• Lead planning and execution of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and API testing.
• Develop and execute API tests using SoapUI and Postman to validate integrations.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback.
• Analyze results and drive issue resolution with engineering teams.
• Maintain test environments, data, and automation frameworks.
