Job summary

Ztek Consulting INC is seeking a Salesforce Sr. Developer / Technical Lead in Detroit, MI with remote options. You will lead a pod of developers, design secure Salesforce solutions, and drive architecture decisions across Sales/Service Cloud implementations.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, governance, and collaboration with QA, security, and operations teams to ensure scalable deployments and successful PoCs. Remote work is available, with fulltime employment and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to design and implement scalable architectures.
Familiarity with Copado deployment and release management.

Responsibilities

Lead a pod of 3-5 developers in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud projects.
Recommend solutions based on given requirements and constraints.
Articulate trade-offs when choosing one solution over another.
Design, build and implement complex, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning, Heroku and ETL integrations.
Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies.
Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings.
Resolve technical challenges in infrastructure and architecture.
Analyze workflows and propose improved designs and flows.
Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure smooth releases.
