Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Sr. Developer/Technical Lead in Detroit, MI with remote work options.

You will lead a pod of 3–5 developers, architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions, and drive deployment strategies using Copado. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and APIs is required. The role demands mentoring the team, evaluating trade-offs, and ensuring secure, scalable delivery across our Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
• Strong architecture design and implementation skills for Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Copado for release management and deployments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Familiarity with Heroku integrations is a plus.

Responsible for a pod of 3-5 developers in Sales/Service cloud

Recommend solutions for a given set of requirements

Articulate trade-offs in choosing one solution over another

Design, build and implement complex, secure and scalable solutions

Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning,

Heroku and integration / ETL technologies

Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies

Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings

Resolve technical challenges faced by the team in Infrastructure and Architecture.

Analyze existing workflows and come-up with improved design and flows.

Troubleshoot mission critical incidents in production environment.

Advocate best practices in Salesforce deployment and release management
