Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to design and implement scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with Copado deployment and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of 3-5 developers in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud projects.
• Recommend solutions based on given requirements and constraints.
• Articulate trade-offs when choosing one solution over another.
• Design, build and implement complex, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning, Heroku and ETL integrations.
• Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings.
• Resolve technical challenges in infrastructure and architecture.
• Analyze workflows and propose improved designs and flows.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure smooth releases.
