Job summary

Experity seeks a Salesforce Architect to design and implement a quote-to-cash platform across revenue teams. You will turn commercial rules into system-enforced controls, ensuring one accurate client record for billing, quotes, and orders.

The role requires hands-on build experience, leading architecture decisions, and delivering end-to-end solutions. You will own the CPQ/Revenue Cloud strategy, collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and IT, and guide a multi-location implementation with a strong

Qualifications

• Eight years building on Salesforce with lead-architect responsibilities.
• End-to-end delivery of at least one quote-to-cash implementation or major re-implementation.
• Deep Salesforce CPQ experience and strong Flow, Apex, declarative configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite via iPaaS.
• Security, data migration, and modern release management.

Responsibilities

• Assess current org and deliver a 90-day simplification plan.
• Create build-ready specs and maintain decision logs.
• Build entitlement ledger and fulfillment gate for sold vs consumed capacity.
• Own Salesforce side of NetSuite integration and data reconciliation.
• Plan and deliver end-to-end rebuild with CI/CD, data migration, and UAT.
• Evaluate long-term quoting platform options (Salesforce CPQ vs Revenue Cloud).
• Set architecture standards and oversee platform work.
• Maintain org health baseline and target-state design within 90 days.
