Experity, Inc. in Nashville, TN, seeks a Salesforce Architect to lead quote-to-cash transformations across the revenue platform. You will design CPQ, integrate NetSuite, and enforce governance for scalable, compliant solutions.

This role requires eight years of Salesforce experience, including three years as lead architect, and a proven track record delivering end-to-end quote-to-cash initiatives in a multi-location SaaS environment. Remote/office options available.

Qualifications

• Eight years building on Salesforce with hands-on build responsibility.
• End-to-end delivery of a quote-to-cash implementation or major re-implementation.
• Deep Salesforce CPQ experience and strong configuration skills.
• Experience integrating CPQ with ERP (NetSuite) via iPaaS (Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Security, data migration and modern release management in regulated environments.
• Preferred: Salesforce Architect, System Architect or CTA-track certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current Salesforce org within 90 days and deliver a prioritized plan.
• Translate high-level design into build-ready specifications and document decisions.
• Rebuild CPQ on a defined product catalog with rules and bundles.
• Build entitlement ledger and governance controls aligned with HIPAA.
• Own Salesforce side of NetSuite integration and error handling.
• Plan end-to-end rebuild with CI/CD, data migration and UAT.
• Evaluate long-term quoting platform options and design for future changes.
• Set architecture standards and review work across the platform.
