Sol is a next-gen consulting firm delivering AI-enhanced, end-to-end Salesforce programs. We seek a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture and ongoing development of our Salesforce ecosystem within a professional services context.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with Sales Cloud and PSA integration expertise, including quote-to-cash processes. This is a contract opportunity with remote work in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including senior technical or architecture roles.
• Must have participated in a large-scale Salesforce implementation.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and the broader Salesforce platform.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions in integrated enterprise environments.
• Understanding of integration patterns, including APIs, middleware, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flow, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce solution architecture and ensure it scales, is maintainable, and meets business needs.
• Lead architecture across Sales Cloud, Certinia PSA, and the quote-to-cash/professional services lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Identify architectural risks and debt and recommend fixes.
• Decide between native Salesforce, custom development, third-party apps, middleware, or other systems.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite, Workday, contract management, and data/reporting platforms.
• Define application boundaries, data ownership, and integration patterns.
• Guide data models, security, automation, APIs, and governance for Salesforce.
