Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to lead the greenfield implementation of our new Salesforce instance and its integration with NetSuite ERP via MuleSoft. You will own the architecture, data governance, security, and end-to-end delivery for a fast-paced trading environment.

The role requires 4–6 years of Salesforce experience, strong Apex/LWC skills, and a security-first mindset. Hybrid work with Boulder/Colorado facilities and occasional travel to Centennial HQ are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional Salesforce engineering experience.
• Proven experience implementing new Salesforce instances from scratch.
• Deep MuleSoft Anypoint Platform expertise for integrations with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation from discovery to deployment.
• Architect and maintain real-time integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft.
• Develop high-quality, scalable code with Apex, LWC, and Flow; adhere to CI/CD and TDD practices.
• Establish data governance to ensure golden record accuracy between CRM and ERP.
