Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold in Boulder/Colorado is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to architect and implement a new Salesforce instance from the ground up. This foundational role focuses on security-first data orchestration and building scalable CRM for trading and customer operations.

You will bridge Salesforce with NetSuite ERP using MuleSoft and lead end-to-end development with Apex, LWC, and Flow, while mentoring teammates and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience building Salesforce from scratch.
• Expert MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite ERP.
• Security-first mindset with data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of Salesforce instance from discovery to deployment.
• Architect real-time integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft.
• Develop scalable code with Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Establish data governance and golden record accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and drive architectural decisions.
• Perform Salesforce admin tasks as needed.
