Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development of the Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will work closely with inside and outside sales, finance, IT, and other experts to deploy enhancements and manage day-to-day configuration and support.

You will design and implement new Salesforce features, ensure data integrity, and create dashboards and reports to empower decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in the CRO or healthcare industry.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
• Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification preferred; Sales Cloud/Service Cloud expertise valued.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform: custom objects, workflows, and data integrity.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or CROs preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and drive optimization of the entire Salesforce.com platform.
• Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with management, analytics, and end users to create dashboards and reports.
• Test all new functionality before production and act as SME for critical production issues.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases and advise on applicable functionality for all departments.
