Leidos is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, and modernize enterprise Salesforce applications. You will build scalable CRM, omnichannel, and knowledge-management solutions, while guiding technical direction and leading code reviews.

Role emphasizes hands-on development with architecture leadership, working within a federal-focused enterprise environment and across contact center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise solutions.
• Experience as senior developer, tech lead, or solution architect on complex enterprise projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in an enterprise contact center environment.
• Federal government programs or similarly regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.
• Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom apps, reusable components, workflows, and automation to improve functionality.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations and customer engagement.
