Job summary

Rockwoods Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to architect, build, and deploy high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to create integrations and automations that provide measurable business impact in an Agile framework.

You will lead solution design, implement Apex/LWC, build API integrations with MuleSoft, and guide junior developers through the full SDLC using CI/CD pipelines and Git or Copado.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering (Apex, LWC, Batch, and Async processing).
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, including API-led connectivity and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce FSC and financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC while aligning with enterprise standards.
• Engineer efficient Apex triggers and classes respecting platform limits.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external platforms via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft.
• Enforce high-quality coding, data governance, and reusable software.
• Manage the full SDLC with CI/CD pipelines and Git/Copado.
• Provide security reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to support UAT and priorities.
• Diagnose production bottlenecks to maintain platform stability and scalability.
• Create technical blueprints, integration maps, and architectural docs.
• Monitor Salesforce ecosystem updates for platform enhancements.
