Job summary

CompQsoft in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design scalable solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will lead architecture reviews, integrate external systems via secure REST APIs and microservices, and ensure ATO compliance, accessibility, and security throughout the lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication with customers and teams, hands-on delivery, and travel up to 20-30% domestically.

Qualifications

• 12 years’ of experience in IT or equivalent roles.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation experience end-to-end.
• 3+ years in an architect role on large Salesforce projects.
• Experience meeting ATO, Section 508 accessibility and federal standards.
• Active Secret (or higher) clearance; interim acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design and roadmaps for service modernizations on Salesforce.
• Architect Salesforce solutions with integrations to external systems via secure REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop architecture models and blueprints for scalable, compliant solutions.
• Govern Salesforce implementations across lifecycles and testing phases.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure security, performance and regulatory requirements.
