Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Sciences or related field or equivalent
• Three years of development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with Education Cloud or Sales and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools (Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
• Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD and Salesforce DX.
• Strong SQL skills and testing knowledge.
• Experience with metadata management and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and communicate solution architecture approaches.
• Develop POCs and changes for preproduction and production releases.
• Peer review changes for standards and best practices.
• Enforce release management and source control procedures.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce security and governance practices.
• Create documentation and testing plans.
• Assist with UAT and release training.
• Provide troubleshooting and platform support.
• Analyze business requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce performance.
• Collaborate with admins, stakeholders, and end-users in Agile environments.
• Mentor and provide direction to teammates.
