Job summary

DataStaff, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce and integration solutions.

You will bridge business needs with architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers and leads to deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce ecosystems. The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, complex integrations, documentation and CI/CD release planning within a cross-functional Agile team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in requirements analysis and business process design
• 7+ years architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions
• 7+ years experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL and testing practices

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy
• Collaborate with SMEs, tech leads and stakeholders to translate business scope into architecture
• Design and lead complex API-based integrations with external systems
• Ensure security, performance and backups; mitigate architecture risks
• Lead code reviews, design sessions and release planning with Agile teams
