Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Operations, and Customer Success. This hands-on role partners with Field Operations, O&M, Customer Success, Engineering, and enterprise systems leads to improve service delivery and the customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce Field Service experience, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud expertise.

Qualifications

7+ years Salesforce development, configuration, or implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service in a complex environment.
Strong experience with Service Cloud and the broader Salesforce platform.
Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, APIs, data modeling, and Salesforce security.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, APIs.
Translate business requirements into scalable designs, data models, integrations, and UIs.
Evaluate native Salesforce functionality before custom development or third‑party apps.
Ensure secure, maintainable solutions aligned with best practices; document plans and tests.
Support release planning, CI/CD, permissions, and security; monitor for debt.
