Job summary

Coltech is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions. You will bridge technical teams, business stakeholders and leadership to deliver scalable systems.

You will guide delivery teams, design integrations, and ensure security and data models align with enterprise standards, while supporting pre-sales and executive engagements.

Qualifications

• At least five years of Salesforce experience with relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization and coding.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Delivery of complex multi-cloud or multi-system projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models.
• Based in Germany or able to work from Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Produce technical blueprints for scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Resolve complex technical challenges across Salesforce and its ecosystem.
• Guide and mentor Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead client workshops and technical discussions.
• Support pre-sales activities, prototypes and demonstrations.
• Work closely with sales teams on new opportunities.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors and C-level stakeholders.
