Job summary

World’s Finest Chocolate seeks a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead design, integration, and governance of our customer technology ecosystem. You will shape Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing, and B2B Commerce, with tight integration to SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Housed in Chicago’s Chicagoland area, the role focuses on data integrity, governance, and scalable solutions for fundraising and B2B/B2C models.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing, and B2B Commerce.
Own the integration architecture between Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP) and data platforms (Snowflake).
Governance, security, CI/CD, and platform operations for a scalable, compliant Salesforce environment.
Lead AI-enabled initiatives and drive practical, business-driven use cases.
