Job summary

Monks is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, focusing on Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, Data 360, and Core (Sales & Service Cloud) for global clients.

You will guide cross-cloud architecture, data activation, and secure API integrations while mentoring the CRM team. The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce and relevant certifications, with EST hours and return-to-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 8+ years of Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Sales Cloud experience.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and Salesforce platforms such as Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, Data 360 is preferred.
• Experience with writing SQL and AMPscript.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly-complex solution design and establish guidelines, standards, and roadmaps.
• Own the blueprint for Cross-Cloud Architecture unifying Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Core (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Lead data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies across Data 360.
• Oversee secure API integrations into the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the team.
