Job summary

DX Foundation is seeking a Principal Architect to own end-to-end Salesforce projects, guiding pre-sales through delivery and value realization. This senior leader blends architectural depth with business sense to craft future-ready digital experiences using Salesforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven systems with Snowflake and Databricks.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance waterfall and agile methods, and translate business needs into cohesive CX/UX/IT stories.

Qualifications

Broad experience spanning enterprise architecture, software development, business strategy, pre-sales, and customer relationships.
Proven ability to build production-grade data pipelines and complex queries beyond Salesforce.
Hands-on P&L ownership, ROI analysis, and revenue impact insights.
Deep understanding of how Salesforce products interconnect and drive outcomes.
Ability to craft cohesive stories for CX, UX, and IT stakeholders.
Proven success leading teams with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
