Job summary

DX Foundation in the United States seeks a Salesforce Solutions Architect (Financial Services Cloud) to lead architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations for financial services clients.

You will run discovery workshops, gather and translate requirements into designs, develop proofs of concept, conduct QA reviews, and provide release planning and DevOps governance while mentoring teammates and aligning stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with enterprise apps in financial services.
• 3+ years developing custom Salesforce apps with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow.
• Proven ability to lead client requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Experience with Salesforce products incl. FSC and other clouds.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand client needs, personas, and requirements.
• Assess current architecture and design solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop solution designs and communicate value to secure approvals.
• Ensure user stories are well-defined and conduct quality reviews.
• Create proofs of concept (POCs) and demos for client buy-in.
• Gather client feedback and refine designs accordingly.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards.
• Assess processes, designs, operations, and testing.
• Plan releases, DevOps governance, and deployment plans.
• Conduct unit/integration/performance testing with users for UAT.
• Write technical specifications with the team and document plans.
