Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will focus on advancing a critical enterprise platform that supports business operations, system enhancements, and scalable development within a retail and consumer-focused environment.

You will partner with technical and project teams to shape architecture, deliver new functionality, and keep the platform reliable through ongoing support and modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
• Experience with source repositories and SDLC.
• Familiarity with CD/CI DevOps tools like BitBucket and Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce capability and architecture roadmaps.
• Administer and support Salesforce applications, including configuration and maintenance.
• Serve as the key subject matter expert on complex platform issues.
• Collaborate with project teams on application enhancements and system modeling.
• Develop new functionality including custom objects, fields, and processes.
• Create and support custom code and integrations within Salesforce.
• Maintain and support environment migrations and code deployments.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will focus on advancing a critical enterprise platform that supports business operations, system enhancements, and scalable development within a retail and consumer-focused environment. You will partner with technical and project teams to shape architecture, deliver new functionality, and keep the platform reliable through ongoing support and modernization. The position also calls for deep subject matter expertise to help solve complex issues and guide effective design decisions across the application landscape.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,808 – $155,000 annually
