Job summary

Lands' End is seeking an experienced Senior Business Applications Administrator to optimize Salesforce and key third-party apps like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Smartsheets. The role emphasizes governance, security, and efficiency across enterprise tools.

The position supports remote work with a preference for the CT/ET zones; however, if you are within 60 miles of the Dodgeville, WI office, occasional hybrid collaboration is expected up to 12 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in Salesforce administration or related role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Smartsheets.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud apps, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with release schedules for Salesforce.
• Experience implementing automation using Salesforce Flow or related tools.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and improve Salesforce and third-party apps to drive efficiency.
• Support roadmaps for business applications aligned with enterprise goals.
• Monitor security, compliance, and data integrity across systems.
• Lead requirements gathering and implement scalable solutions across platforms.
• Manage user access and data security policies in Salesforce and integrated apps.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training material.
• Collaborate with vendors on updates, integrations, and new features.
• Assist in managing development schedules and tool foundations like Smartsheets.
