Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Experience supporting and configuring Salesforce in a business environment.
• Security, user management, reporting, dashboards, and platform customization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce end users with support and issue resolution.
• Gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements aligned with goals.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on testing and deployments.
• Onboard users and create training materials and guides.
