Job summary

Fundingo is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to own client requests end-to-end—from requirements gathering through solution design, build, and training. The role focuses on delivering configured Salesforce solutions without a separate builder hand-off, working with clients across stages.

Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator certification required.
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
1+ years working directly with end users/clients.
Experience Cloud build/configuration experience is a plus.
Background in financial services/lending industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather and clarify requirements.
Analyze client processes and data to determine requirements and make recommendations.
Document client requirements for sign-off.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions including objects, fields, rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate with third-party apps (Conga, DocuSign) and data imports/exports as needed.
Train clients on new functionality and create training docs.
Manage multiple client requests across accounts and provide ongoing support.
