Job summary

Mphasis, in partnership with a leading enterprise telecommunications client, seeks a Senior Salesforce AI / Agentforce Forward Deploy Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions in a production customer environment. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

You will take Agentforce solutions from configuration and testing through production implementation and continuous improvement, focusing on agent training, testing, grounding,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience with: Agent Configuration, Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Agent Testing.
• Knowledge of Prompt Building, Knowledge Grounding, and AI quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and support Salesforce Agentforce agents in production environments
• Configure Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Prompt Builder, and Knowledge Grounding
• Develop and optimize AI-powered customer experiences on the Salesforce platform
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise applications
• Develop strategies for agent training, testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Apply AI best practices around prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs, and grounding
• Test AI agents for accuracy, reliability, and appropriate responses
• Identify and mitigate hallucinations and other AI quality issues
• Partner directly with business, product, technology, and Salesforce stakeholders
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and drive solutions through production deployment

Mphasis is partnering with a leading enterprise telecommunications organization to identify a Senior Salesforce AI / Agentforce Forward Deploy Engineer to help design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions in a production customer environment.

This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role for someone who understands both the Salesforce platform and emerging AI capabilities. You’ll work directly with business and technology stakeholders to take Agentforce solutions from configuration and testing through production implementation and continuous optimization.
