Job summary

EP Wealth Advisors (EPWA) seeks a hands-on Senior Agentforce Engineer to build AI-powered advisor experiences on Salesforce. You will design, deploy, and support production-grade agents and the workflows that connect data, actions, and approvals across EPWA’s tech ecosystem.

Ideal candidates combine declarative Salesforce skills with engineering depth to deliver secure, reliable, and measurable agentic workflows in a regulated wealth-management environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform engineering in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience building Agentforce agents or similar Salesforce AI/workflows.
• Strong Salesforce Flow experience with complex process automation.
• Apex development and ability to add custom actions / integration logic.
• Experience designing REST API integrations and external system connections.
• Knowledge of Data 360, data grounding, and governance in AI contexts.
• Experience with source control and release tooling (Git/GitHub, Gearset).
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Agentforce Engineering: design, build, test, deploy, and support Agentforce agents with prompts, actions, and guardrails.
• Translate processes into reusable agent capabilities and multi-step workflows using declarative config, Flow, Apex, and custom actions.
• Build agents to improve advisor/client outcomes, reduce friction, and boost data quality and capacity.
• Refine agent behavior based on production results and evolving Salesforce capabilities.
• Integration & Workflow Engineering: implement secure integrations via REST APIs and Salesforce features; develop custom actions.
• Engineer end-to-end workflows with authentication, validation, retries, and human handoffs for sensitive processes.
• Data & Grounding: configure Data 360 and grounding patterns; ensure trusted data sources and proper data access.
• Agent Testing & Production Ops: establish testing practices, regression coverage, monitoring, and production validation.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: align with Cybersecurity, Risk, Privacy; design guardrails and auditability.
• Product & Business Partnership: collaborate with PMs, advisors, operations to shape AI use cases and track success measures.
