Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a mid-sized Salesforce team transforming an enterprise Intellectual Property Management System into an AI-powered platform used to manage invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, filings, renewals, and portfolio strategy across the entire innovation lifecycle.

Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning in ISV background.
- Experience building and deploying Agentforce agents, actions, topics.
- Experience leading or mentoring a mid-sized development team.
- Strong architecture and clean code practices.
- Proficiency with Git-based source control.
- Experience in Agile team environments.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Agentforce agents, actions, and topics to support the AI-powered platform.
- Design AI agents capable of creating invention disclosures from documents and finding similar innovations.
- Develop solutions to generate summaries, stakeholder communications, and extract deadlines and tasks from emails.
- Architect systems that answer natural language questions over portfolio data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a mid-sized development team through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Maintain Git-based source control workflows throughout development.
- Collaborate within an Agile team environment to deliver on the product roadmap.
