Cvent is accelerating its Salesforce and Agentforce investments, and we’re seeking a senior delivery leader who can own end-to-end deployments from strategy through production. You will work with executives and stakeholders to design agentic solutions on the Salesforce platform and establish repeatable operating models.

This role blends hands-on technical authority with C-suite advisory, guiding cross-functional teams of engineers, strategists, and data scientists while ensuring governance,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in enterprise Salesforce delivery and related fields.
• 5+ years leading enterprise Salesforce delivery in forward-deployed/solution consulting roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Apex, APIs, integrations.
• Experience with Data Cloud data modeling, identity resolution, and data streams.
• Ability to build scalable Salesforce delivery playbooks and operating models.
• Experience in regulated industries with Salesforce Shield and security architecture.
• Ability to advise C-suite while remaining technically credible.
• Experience leading blended delivery teams across cross-functional engagements.
• Willingness to travel to Cvent offices and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agentforce and Data Cloud deployments, from executive requirements to production sustainment.
• Design and deploy autonomous agents, prompt architectures, and AI solutions on Salesforce.
• Drive transition from deterministic automation to probabilistic AgenticOps with governance and incident response.
• Build and maintain AI governance frameworks and SOPs to scale deployments.
• Establish a Salesforce AI Center of Excellence with enablement programs and certifications.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate workflow inefficiencies into Salesforce-native agentic solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as technical advisor and deal partner to sales and go-to-market teams.
• Define and track business impact metrics like adoption, time saved, CSAT, and cost avoidance.
