Global IT Con. LLC seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator for an onsite, Mendota, MN engagement. You will lead configuration, optimization, and administration of Salesforce CRM platforms, collaborating closely with Sales and Sales Operations. The role covers Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, advanced Flow automation, and high-volume integrations.

You will drive scalable solutions, ensure data governance, and support change management across a large enterprise Salesforce deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years overall experience with at least 5+ years dedicated to Salesforce Administration.
• Experience configuring Salesforce Admin objects, validation rules, page layouts, profiles and permission sets.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud administration, pricing rules and quote generation.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator for an immediate onsite engagement in Mendota, MN. In this role, you will lead the configuration, optimization, and administration of enterprise Salesforce CRM platforms, collaborating closely with Sales and Sales Operations teams. You will drive scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, complex Flow automation, and high-volume enterprise integrations.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Enterprise Salesforce Administration & Configuration (Custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, profiles, and permission sets)
• Sales Cloud & Pre-Sales Processes (Lead, Opportunity, and Quote Management, Mobile-First user experiences)
• Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud (Administration, product rules, pricing logic, and quote generation)
• Advanced Automation & Workflow Design (Salesforce Flow, Process Optimization, and Security Architecture)
• Enterprise Integrations & Data Governance (Working with platforms like SAP, Informatica, Workday, or MS Fabric; data hygiene, deduplication, and MDM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
• Strong background supporting large-scale enterprise CRM deployments and change management
