Job summary

Global IT Con. LLC is seeking a Senior IT CRM Administrator to lead the configuration, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Salesforce CRM platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Business Admin, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Salesforce CRM administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud, including mobile-first processes.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin/Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Ops to gather and translate requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy configurations and automation for Sales Cloud/CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Diagnose and resolve complex CRM issues affecting performance and data quality.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise apps.
