Job summary

The HT Group is recruiting a Salesforce Developer & Administrator for our Austin, TX office with a hybrid work arrangement. The role combines hands-on administration with custom development to optimize the Salesforce platform and align with business goals.

You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, QA, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable solutions, including automations, data quality initiatives, and robust integrations.

Qualifications

Four+ years of professional Salesforce development and administration.
Certified Platform Developer I and Advanced Administrator.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
Experience with integrations, deployments, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules and security settings.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs; build Lightning Web Components.
Integrate Salesforce with external apps via APIs and middleware.
Coordinate deployments across environments and support CI/CD pipelines.
Provide user training and maintain system documentation.
Monitor platform health and data governance.
