Job summary

Amazon Advertising seeks a Salesforce Administrator to design and evolve SFDC environments supporting web, mobile, and streaming initiatives. You will empower APS users with tools, analytics, and automation, leveraging Visualforce, APEX, Aura, and Lightning components in an agile setting.

The role focuses on data governance, system customization, and seamless production deployments while partnering with multiple Amazon teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• BS degree or BA degree.
• Experience in business analysis and functional roles, including requirements gathering and delivering end-user solutions.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver results.
• Strong written and oral communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage SFDC CRM including support requests, data integrity, governance, and InfoSec compliance.
• Configure SFDC features: user management, roles/profiles, permissions, objects, fields, validations, flows, metadata, approvals, dynamic forms.
• Learn and adapt to Amazon internal tools and AWS technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and build improvements addressing business needs.
• Lead QA testing, create test cases, ensure features work in lower environments, train end-users.
