The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in process automation and user support. Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 USD, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Salesforce Administrator within a rapidly growing Salesforce team.
Manage users, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and security settings.
Work closely with the IDR Team to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and declarative automations.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and business users.
