Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Salesforce Administration & Support professional to join our remote/hybrid team. You will manage Salesforce orgs, support users, and collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure system readiness and scalability.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, at least 2 years as an admin or super-user, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience with 2+ years as Salesforce.com administrator or super user.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce environments, with ability to customize apps, fields, and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce orgs and integrations.
• Provide admin support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Configure workflows, fields, page layouts, and reports.
• Document changes and communicate release updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve user issues and triage support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party developers.
• Support project lifecycle from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Create and maintain process and configuration documentation.
