T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to provide administrative oversight of a complex Salesforce instance and to build scalable CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with developers, QA, and architects to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions while ensuring security and performance. This hybrid role involves DevOps, deployment automation, and governance, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Salesforce/AWS development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce development and deployment frameworks.
• Salesforce or AWS certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps-related).
• Experience with Salesforce and AWS DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in Git version control.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code and Kiro.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).

Responsabilités

• Core Salesforce platform administration: Set up and maintain users in Salesforce; set up reporting tools; review seasonal changes.
• DevOps Architecture: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce apps; implement automated deployment and release management.
• Deployment & Release Management: Manage deployments across environments; coordinate release schedules; develop rollback strategies.
• Automation & Quality: Implement automated testing and validation; integrate static code analysis; improve delivery speed with governance.
• Environment Management: Maintain consistency across Salesforce orgs; manage metadata deployments; proactive system maintenance.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work with developers, tech leads, architects; mentor junior engineers; promote DevOps culture.
• Business Knowledge: Work with product/business partners; translate needs into tech solutions.
