Job summary

Eastwood Homes is seeking a Sales Training & Development Leader to elevate our New Home Specialists and Sales Associates. You will lead onboarding, deliver hands-on coaching, and align training with our sales standards and customer experience goals.

You will spend significant time in Eastwood communities, demonstrating the sales process and mentoring teams. A real estate license and 5+ years of high-level sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a high-producing real estate professional, with new home sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the new home sales process: prospecting, lead conversion, appointments, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for New Home Specialists and New Home Sales Associates.
• Develop and facilitate training on the sales process, customer experience, and sales standards.
• Conduct hands-on role-playing and coaching sessions for real-world sales scenarios.
• Coach sales professionals on prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, and lead conversion strategies.
• Establish and reinforce CRM usage, documentation, follow-up, and pipeline management standards.
• Provide coaching on overcoming objections and guiding buyers through the sales process.
• Demonstrate effective model home presentations, tours, and product demonstrations.
• Stay current on real estate trends and effective sales development strategies.
