Job summary

eMed, LLC seeks a Senior Sales Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles, collaborating with sales leadership and HR. You will source, screen, interview, and close top talent for Account Directors, VPs, and SVPs of Sales, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate hiring velocity.

This on-site role at the Miami HQ requires proven experience hiring in digital health or SaaS sales, and the ability to build a scalable talent engine in a fast-growth company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record in sales/commercial hiring.
• Experience recruiting in tech and/or healthcare environments (digital health, SaaS, benefits).
• Proven ability to source and close quota-carrying sellers and commercial leaders.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation concepts and interview discipline.
• Proficient with modern ATS tools and structured interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned sales and commercial roles from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with EVP of Sales and HR to define success profiles, territories, and ramp expectations.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen for sales DNA: quotas, hunting vs farming, enterprise vs mid-market experience.
• Coordinate interview loops, calibrate scorecards, and maintain candidate experience.
• Advise on base/OTE/equity compensation and support offers in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and provide weekly visibility into hiring health.
• Stay current on sales talent market dynamics to keep messaging competitive.
