We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support Team in Europe. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process. Your main responsibilities will include:

Support sales team with focus on sales planning function:

• Lead Europe region demand and supply planning including resource arrangement, stock allocation, demand forecast, production capacity plan and adjustment
• Prepare regular report and management analysis to control and facilitate order fulfilment
• Implement and further optimize planning process and tools
• Support internal IT projects related to demand and supply optimization
• Close collaboration with internal peers incl. sales, sales support, logistics, production, to streamline market specific demand, ensure on time supply and support optimize sales performance.

Work in sales support function:

• Provide timely follow-up to sales, operations, logistics, internal peers and lead order execution with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Review and process purchase agreements with high level of accuracy, to ensure on timely payment and delivery. Collaborate with finance department to resolve outstanding AR issues and client credit availability
• Execute compliance with internal process and tools (CRM, ERP and further internal systems)

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in sales planning function in a comparable industry
• Proficient in IT skills: MS office, e.g. Excel, CRM and ideally experienced in relevant systems (power BI, excel power query)
• Relevant knowledge of international trade with incoterms
• High analytical skills and data sensitivity
• High self-initiative as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working – you keep an overview even under time pressure
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good team spirit and strong communication skills
