Job summary

You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, manage contracts from a logistics perspective, optimize TMS/WMS usage, and support VAT and customs compliance across Europe. Ideal candidates have a logistics or engineering background, at least 3 years in manufacturing logistics,

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, supply chain, or engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of incoterms, customs, and VAT regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery planning and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process contracts with focus on delivery punctuality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inbound and outbound tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients and logistics suppliers for cost-efficient plans.
• Maintain documentation and compliance; optimize TMS/WMS usage.
• Participate in logistics network design for cost optimization and S&OP.
• Support supplier evaluation and vendor management; assist with VAT and customs.
