Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals.
• Schedule store personnel.
• Complete payroll information for all staff.
• Receive applications and participate in interviews.
• Train, direct, and supervise new employees.
• Ensure policy compliance and proper paperwork to the finance office daily.
• Backup for Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed.
• Support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct and supervision.
