Job summary

The Salvation Army in West Latrobe, PA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to partner with management in driving store performance and guest experience. You will help meet sales, production, and expense goals, schedule staff, and supervise daily duties to ensure smooth operations.

You will train new team members, process payroll information, handle applications and interviews, and uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards while supporting the work therapy program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales.
• Valid driver’s license with DMV record.
• Ability to read and interpret income and expense reports.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in meeting sales, production, and expense budgets.
• Schedule store personnel.
• Complete payroll information for all staff.
• Receive applications and participate in interviews as requested.
• Train, direct, and supervise new employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations; ensure reports are forwarded daily.
• Back upStore Manager or Assistant Manager as needed; support work therapy program.
