Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales.
• Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
• Valid driver’s license; strong communication, customer service and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals and maintain a profitable operation.
• Schedule store personnel, complete payroll information, and support interviews and training of new employees.
• Ensure policies, procedures and government regulations are followed and sales reports are submitted to finance daily.
• Provide backup support for Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed.
• Support the work therapy program with professional conduct and supervision as directed.
