Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals, to schedule store personnel, and to complete payroll information for all staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales is required.
• Ability to read and interpret income and expense reports.
• Valid driver's license, excellent communication, customer service, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals.
• Schedule store personnel and complete payroll information for all staff.
• Participate in interviews and train/supervise new employees.
• Ensure policy compliance and government regulations; complete required reports.
